Time tracking
The reason time tracking fails is never the software. It is that starting a timer costs more attention than the work is worth. Ergosy makes it one click, from wherever you already are.

Nobody tracks perfectly. Correct a start time, split an entry, or write a whole afternoon in one go.
A timer running past your limit is flagged or stopped automatically, and a day with too few hours gets a reminder the next morning.
An hour is only worth something if you can explain it. In Ergosy every entry carries a client, a project, optionally a task, and a description in the words of whoever did the work. When a client asks what those eleven hours were, the answer is already written.
Hourly rates sit on the person, the client or the project, so revenue is calculated while you work rather than reconstructed afterwards. Mark an entry as invoiced and it locks with a timestamp: what you billed stays what you billed.
Switching
Upload the export from your current tool. A Clockify export is understood as it is; any other CSV or Excel file gets a column mapping you can correct. Ergosy matches the clients, projects and people it already knows, asks what to do with the rest, and shows what will happen before anything is written.
For the whole team
A manager can log and correct hours for a team member. Starting a timer stops the one that was running, and if you want, Ergosy refuses two entries that cover the same minute. Tags, bulk edits and a resume button on every recent entry keep the daily routine short.
