About pricing
Can I try Ergosy for free?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14 day trial and you do not need a card to begin.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who can log in and track time. Clients you report to do not need an account.
What happens if I add someone on Solo?
Solo is for one person, so you switch to Team first. Team adds everything that needs a second person: leave and sick days, roles and permissions, and statistics per person.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You pay per month and you can stop at the end of any month.
Do you charge for setup or support?
No. Setup, updates and support are part of the price.
How do I pay?
By direct debit. You authorise it once with a small payment through iDEAL, Wero or card, and from then on you receive an invoice by email each month and it is collected three days later.
What if someone leaves halfway through the month?
You pay per day of membership. Make someone inactive and the charge stops that day, while their hours stay in every report.
