About Ergosy
We build the time tracker we wanted ourselves: one that a team keeps up with, because keeping it up takes no effort.
Where the name comes from
Ergosy comes from ergon, the Greek word for work. It is the root of energy, of ergonomic, and of synergy — syn-ergon, which literally means working together. That is not a marketing story we made up afterwards; it is why the name fit in the first place.
Why we built it
Every agency we know has the same month-end ritual: someone reconstructs a week from a calendar, a mailbox and memory. The hours that come out of that are a guess, the invoice built on them is a guess, and everyone knows it.
The problem is never that people refuse to track their time. It is that every tool asks for more attention than the work is worth. So we built one where starting a timer costs one click, where forgetting is caught the next morning, and where the hours already carry their value by the time the month ends.
Who is behind it
Ergosy is made by Jesta Trading in the Netherlands. We are a small team, we answer our own support, and we run the product on our own work first.
